The first Buck Knife was made by Hoyt Buck in 1902.  The first company to create the locking blade knife in the 60's.  With the locking blade, it alows the blade to fold into the handle of the knife for a perfect pocket knife. Today the Buck Knife is still manufactured in the USA. This knife was inducted into the Cutlery Hall of Fame in 1982.
